Volunteers needed for "Ask-a-Lawyer" day at the Slidell library. Our free ask a lawyer day will be Monday, May 13, 2013 at the Slidell Branch of the St. Tammany Parish Library (555 Robert Blvd.) from 9:00 a.m. 'till 12 noon.  Volunteers are needed to help staff the event. Contact Cynthia M. Bordonaro at cbordonaro@slls.org or (985) 893-0076, x19.

Here are photos from our First Annual Luncheon and Awards Ceremony  for the organization formerly called the SLLS Pro Bono Project for the 22nd Judicial District -- now the Southeast Louisiana Legal Services’ North Shore Pro Bono Project Volunteers and others gathered at Benedict's Plantation in Mandeville on Friday, September 24, 2010.

The guest speaker was State Representative Tim Burns and the door prize was an autographed Saints Football! Those gathered also heard an address from the Reverend  Joseph Cazenavette. The program honored Suzanne E. Bayle, Ann E. Duvic, and Robin R. DeLeo for their distinguished service.
