Oil Spill Claims --Help from SLLS.
Southeast Louisiana Legal Services (SLLS) provides legal help for people with BP oil spill claims issues. We can help people understand their filing options with the Deepwater Horizon Claims Center, file an Economic Loss, Property Damage or Medical Class claim, understand documentation requirements, review settlement offers, interpret the Release of Claims, understand the tax implications of receiving a payment, and address other issues that come up in the claims process.
SLLS does not handle lawsuits relating to the BP oil spill disaster.
