Our co-director Mark Moreau participated in the American Bar Association's June 27, 2009 Caucus on the Recession and the Legal Profession Paradigm.

This special ABA Recession Caucus included 50 lawyers from around the nation. The caucus participants met to discuss the effects of the recession on lawyers and what the ABA could do to help. ABA President H. Thomas Wells, Jr. called the caucus. The event represents an important step by the ABA to counter the recession's impact on the legal profession.
