Our Low Income Taxpayer Clinic has released its 2009 revised edition of "Tax Practice for Legal Services and Pro Bono Attorneys." This manual covers the common tax law issues faced by lower income taxpayers.

The manual has been shared with 142 other Low Income Taxpayer Clinics throughout the United States. Collectively, these Clinics help thousands of taxpayers with IRS tax problems every year.
