Our Low Income Taxpayer Clinic has already won $1 million in tax savings or refunds for taxpayers in the first 4 months of 2009.

This Clinic helps low income taxpayers who have disputes with the Internal Revenue Service about their federal taxes. Taxpayers who make less than 250% of poverty are eligible for our tax law help.

Our Tax Clinic attorney, John Parchman, recently presented a lecture to the Louisiana State Bar Association Tax Law Section on new developments in the tax consequences of cancellation of debt income.
